Holiday Rental Description

Grab your skis and hit the slopes at this ski-in, ski-out condo in the heart of Aspen. The Silver Queen Gondola is a short walk away – you're also not far from downtown's eateries, shops, and nightlife. After a long day on the mountain, relax in the building's shared pool and hot tub, or fire up the communal gas grills come dinnertime. There's also a private balcony with views of the peaks – the perfect spot for coffee and cocktails. Inside, the modern living space is as comfortable as it looks, while a collection of en-suite bedrooms offers space to chill out away from the group. A sofa bed is available for two guests, as are a set of triple bunk beds for little ones.

*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
*The second bedroom has two bunk beds, each with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.
*You'll have access to the building's communal pool, hot tub, and barbecue area. They're shared with other guests. Complimentary access to a members-only club in Aspen is also included.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
*One designated parking space is provided, with additional passes available upon request.
*The pillows here are plush down pillows. If you have allergies, your host can provide alternatives upon request.
