Holiday Rental Description

A short walk from the gondola, this home is well-placed to explore Aspen. Skiing, hiking, sampling downtown's restaurants – you name it, it's just a few minutes away. Plus, a convenient shuttle offers access to the other three peaks. While the design back home is contemporary, it still has that cosy alpine atmosphere you long for in the mountains. The fireplace is perfect for winding down after a day on the slopes. There's also a communal swimming pool, a hot tub, and an on-site gym – that's all our boxes ticked.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
*Bedrooms two and three can be arranged with either two singles or one super king-sized bed.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
*You'll have access to the building's communal pool, hot tub, barbecue, and on-site gym here. They're shared with other guests. Complimentary access to an Aspen members-only club is also included.
*One designated parking space is provided, with a parking pass for a second car available upon request.
*The pillows here are plush down pillows. If you have allergies, your host can provide alternatives upon request.
*This home has three private entrances and no shared hallways. There’s also direct access to the patio and pool.
*Ski and snowboard racks with locks are available by the front door.
*Some guests noticed some noise from the neighbours upstairs.
*There’s only seating for six around the dining table, though there are three stools at the counter.
