One block from downtown and two from Gondola Plaza, this apartment is perfect for exploring Aspen. Whether you're into hiking, skiing, or consider yourself a foodie, there's something here to tickle anyone's fancy. You'll have access to the building's shared heated pool, hot tub, and fitness centre. As for the home itself, it's equal parts cosy and contemporary. Set on the ground floor, access is easy – though it does feel slightly less private. Snuggle up in front of the fire after a day on the slopes or head into the kitchen for charcuterie and wine. Those lucky enough to bag the main bedroom will also benefit from a cosy seating area and direct access to the pool.

Home truths:
*This is a ground-floor apartment, so it lacks privacy. The bedroom in particular overlooks the communal pool area, with a door leading straight out onto the patio. Handy for swimming, but not the most private.
*You'll have access to the building's communal pool, hot tub, barbecue area, and fitness centre here. They're shared with other guests. Complimentary access to a members-only club in Aspen is also included.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
*One designated parking space is provided, with a second pass available upon request.
*The pillows here are plush down pillows. If you have allergies, your host can provide alternatives upon request.
*Please note that the mini-split air conditioning units need to be set to the same mode to function properly.
