Nestled on the riverbank in the centre of Aspen, nature-lovers will certainly find lots to love about this home – from the location, a short walk from hiking trails and Aspen's ski resort, to the peaceful forest views. Wake up to a sunrise and the sound of the Roaring Fork River under your bedroom window, and start the day with coffee on the balcony. Your building isn't quite ski-in-ski-out, but the ski lockers are a bonus, and the heated pool and hot tub will be appreciated after a day on the slopes. In the evening, gather around the fireplace with a board game, or head to discover the many restaurants and bars nearby.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – on-site parking is available for one vehicle. Additional on-street parking is available on request.
*You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, hot tub, fitness centre, gas grill and ski lockers here. These are shared with the building's other residents.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The beds in the second bedroom can be arranged as a superking-sized bed or twin beds on request.
