A New York-style loft with views that the Big Apple could only dream of, this glorious San Diego home offers style, sun and sea. Huge windows make the most of that incredible ocean-facing vista (the home is only a block away from the beach) and are beautifully complimented by the elegant, minimal design. Wooden beams, a leather sofa, chrome stools and a nifty mezzanine level all add to that Manhattanite feeling. But where this home really stands out is the sunny roof terrace. With an enormous barbecue, plenty of seating and a hammock, a lazy dinner here at sunset is the epitome of San Diego living. Downtown is only a 10-minute drive away and Mission Beach is just the other side of the bay.
