Thoughtfully laid out, it pairs vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace with a practical, chef-ready kitchen and open-plan living space made for post-ski catch-ups. There’s a private hot tub on the patio for stargazing soaks, plus a separate media room and a bunk room that make it an easy fit for families or small groups. In winter, the door-to-door shuttle takes you straight to Palisades Tahoe. In summer, trails start nearby and the lake is a short drive away. Comfortable and well-located, it’s a fuss-free basecamp for Tahoe adventures year-round.

*Parking is available for up to three vehicles (two in the garage, parked front to back, and one in the driveway). Street parking is not permitted year-round.

*The door-to-door ski shuttle operates in winter only and is subject to seasonal schedules and availability.

*Mountain Wi-Fi is provided, but speeds can be slower and less consistent than in urban areas.

*A starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper is provided to cover your arrival. Additional supplies will need to be purchased for longer stays.
