You can take advantage of this fantastic location and go swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding or explore the array of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. You don’t need a car here unless you want one – there’s a garage for parking if you do. This home is an upside-down house with a living room, kitchen and main bedroom upstairs and two more bedrooms on the lower floor. We have to say love the glimpses of the bay from the second-floor balconies. There’s a private lushly planted patio garden too for relaxing and dining in the sunny California climate.
