It's a fabulous location, with Echo Park just a five-minute drive away. Inside, this charming little home has been recently renovated to create an up-to-date look with a modern, high-end kitchen and a stylish bathroom with a clawfoot bath. The bedrooms are peaceful and elegant in their simplicity and the living area, open to the kitchen, is roomy enough for up to four. But it's the garden we're really here for. Head down the steps and into your own magical little world of twinkling lights and scented flowers, with a dirt yard and a big dining table so you can spend your evenings out in the warm air.
