Set in Tarzana, a neighbourhood in the San Fernando Valley, you're only a three-minute drive from Corbin Canyon Park for hiking and views. Keen golfers have two local courses to choose from, while Tarzana's restaurants and bars are less than a ten-minute drive. The garden is admittedly not the greenest of spaces, and the interiors are a little simple, but it's still a great base for enjoying the California sunshine. Plus, if you hire a car, you can be at Santa Monica beach in under twenty-five minutes.
