Contemporary comfort meets Californian cool in this bright and modern home, which has everything you need for a memorable stay. We love the sunny backyard with its private pool, shaded terrace, and space to stretch out – perfect for laid-back LA days. There’s a well-equipped kitchen that’s handy for home-cooked meals, plus a gym room (with Peloton bike) for everyday exercise. If eight of you are staying, two will be sleeping on the sofa bed, but that’s a small compromise to stay within half an hour of Malibu's sand and surf, and half an hour from downtown LA.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the gym room.
*If you’re travelling with children, your host can set up a safety fence around the pool.
*Your host provides a starter supply of toiletries, but you might want to bring your own to top this up.
*Your host may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in time or later check-out time. Speak to them in advance if you'd like to request this.
*A gardener provides a regular gardening service here, so staff will need to access outdoor areas. The gardening schedule is set out in the house manual, however this is subject to change.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking on the driveway.
