Holiday Rental Description

With vintage furnishings, eclectic artwork, and a welcoming Spanish style, this LA home is packed full of character. There may not be a TV here, but you can get lost in a book from your host’s collection, choose some vinyl to play on the record player, or set up the home cinema. Head outside and you’ll find a private patio and porch to enjoy. Location-wise, you’re three miles from SoFi Stadium, and seven miles from LA’s vibrant downtown. And if you fancy a day at the beach, Playa del Rey’s sandy shores are an eight-mile drive away.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*While you’ll have a private patio and porch to enjoy, the garden, roof deck, and driveway are shared with the owner who lives on site.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host provides children’s toys and books to keep them entertained.
*You won’t find a TV here.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
*A friendly outdoor cat named Winni lives here. You may see her in the garden or on the porch during your stay but she isn’t allowed inside the home.
*This home has external security cameras.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s driveway parking for one car here.
