Cosy, charming, and packed with character, this Hollywood Hills abode is a real gem. You'll have nearly an acre of landscaped gardens where you can make the most of the sunshine. The private heated pool is perfect for an afternoon dip, while the fitness room ensures you'll never miss a workout. Heading inside, you’ll find two living areas with cushy seating and shelves stacked with books, a kitchen appointed with all the must-haves, and an office ideal for remote working. With an array of well-loved bedrooms, including a main suite featuring two walk-in closets, a sumptuous bath, and a fireplace, it's no surprise this home caught our ever-so-discerning eye.

Home truths:
*The main bedroom is two steps up from the rest of the home. The fourth bedroom has its own entrance and is located down one flight of stairs.
*A cleaner will visit on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30am to 2pm for a scheduled maid service. A gardener will also come on Tuesday and Friday mornings, and a pool cleaner will visit on Tuesday afternoons.
*The swimming pool is unfenced and accessible via the back sitting room and the separate guest house.
*The gym has a Peloton bike, rowing machine, top free weights, pilates ring, and straps attached to the wall.
*This is a lived-in home. Expect some of the host's personal belongings to be present during your stay, which we think adds to the cosy feeling.
*Parking is available for two small cars or one large car in the garage. Two additional cars can park in the driveway. An EV charger is also available. We suggest having a vehicle here, as it's the easiest way to explore LA.
