In two of the bedrooms, there are balconies on which you can sit out and soak up the SoCal sunshine, but they can't beat the back garden, where summer afternoons can be whiled away in the swimming pool, Jacuzzi or in front of the barbecue. If you fancy a change of scenery at any point, both The Grove and Los Angeles County Museum of Art can be reached in just over twenty minutes on foot.
