There are nine courses in total, and it's been dubbed as the "Western Home of Golf in America™, so if you've been planning on finessing your game, this is the place. The home offers views over the green and surrounding mountains, and features a firepit that's perfect for nights spent stargazing. The pool is another standout feature, with its built-in sunloungers and in-pool bar. And, the interiors just keep on giving: spacious, bright, contemporary, and finished to a high standard, there's a lot to love about this home near Palm Springs.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the single futon beds in the sun room.
*You'll have access to the on-site shared swimming pool, hot tub, gym, BBQ, and Bocce ball court. They're shared with the community's other residents. On-site, there is also Ernie's Bar and Grill and the public clubhouse.
*While the WC isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*One of the en-suite bedrooms is in a separate studio, steps from the main house.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
