Whether you're heading for Indian Wells, Coachella, or PGA West (or just looking for somewhere to soak up the Valley sunshine), this home ticks all the boxes. Although you're only a short drive from Joshua Tree, the gorgeous outdoor space couldn't be more unlike a desert – the lagoon-style pool, lawn, and cabana are surrounded by palm trees and lush greenery. Little ones (and big kids) can amuse themselves with ping pong and basketball, while avid chefs will likely head straight for the outdoor grills. The separate living rooms offer larger groups the choice to unwind separately – but as the sun sets, there's nowhere better to gather than around the fire pit.

Home truths:
*The lead guest at this home must be at least 25 years of age.
*At full occupancy, three guests will sleep on single sofa beds. One of these is in bedroom four, and two others are in the office.
*Bedrooms three and four share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
*Your host can set up a safety fence that separates the pool from the patio area on request.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you at this home.
*Although this home can sleep 12, there's only enough space for six at each dining table.
