If you’re into design, this Beverly Hills home is a great mix of mid-century architecture and modern tech. It’s fully solar powered, and has those classic clean lines and that seamless indoor-outdoor flow that MCM does so well. Outside, you're set up for laid-back days and nights, with a pool and spa, a barbecue, a firepit lounge, and even a sports court – all nicely screened by mature landscaping. Inside, the open-plan living space is ideal for entertaining, and there’s also a home cinema and gym. You’ll need a car, but restaurants and bars are under ten minutes away, hiking trails are nearby, and downtown LA is just over half an hour away.

*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to four cars on the driveway.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced.
*The city has quiet hours from 9pm to 8am.
*If you'd like to play music, you may want to bring a Bluetooth speaker, but please note that no outside music is allowed past 9pm.
*Weddings and other special events are allowed with prior approval from your host. If you're using any third-party vendors, the host will need to approve them and you'll need to provide their proof of insurance.
*While not all bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
