We had a very good stay in this apartment which we can say is very well centered in the village, close to everything (shops, restaurants, various stations). But also modern, large with 2 TVs, clean, comfortable, very well equipped and with a large balcony. The only downsides are the direct view of the nearby neighboring house (for the Matterhorn you have to go out), and, as a result of the central position, some noise from outside.

The apartment was beautifully and stylishly furnished. But the balcony deserves at most one point. Dirty and covered in bird droppings. And as far as sustainability is concerned: you can buy Nespresso capsules in the Interhome office in Zermatt, but you can't return used capsules! A table on the balcony would be an advantage.

Unfortunately it wasn't super clean. I had to vacuum under the bed first. Lots of hair in the hand brush and on the pillows. Didn't do anything on the balcony. :-( Also in the kitchen some things are missing like a teapot / mixing bowl. Crockery & glasses are not complete. Only one set of towels is not enough for a week.

Tastefully furnished apartment, spacious and ideally located. We have stayed in the same house before, and we felt comfortable in all of the apartments. This time we would like to highlight and thank the employees for their extremely helpful support during the time when Zermatt was cut off from the environment due to the train cancellations. The apartment is spacious and surprisingly quiet for the location. However, it is not possible to sleep with the windows open.

Everything is great BUT why is the availability of the pool/spa changed to 3 pm: oo There are never more than 6 people in this facility!

However, it has one drawback. The front door to the house opens on the wrong side. Therefore, entering with luggage is very difficult. Door opening is on the same side. That means you have to walk around first, put the luggage down, back to the opening, then hold the open door to enter with the luggage. An absolute impossibility for wheelchair users, also because of the narrow path prepared by snow. The same procedure is also a problem when leaving the house.
