People should be aware that a lot of construction work is taking place in October, which causes a lot of noise. The water pipe in front of the house was being replaced, which caused a lot of noise.

L. D. was very professional and friendly. Emails were promptly replied to and very helpful. No place to hang towels in the bathrooms. Strange setup. Add instructions for kitchen appliances.

Quiet location, with a magnificent view of the Matterhorn. Accommodation very well equipped and clean. Many storage cabinets, very good bedding, very functional kitchen. Easy access with bus. Small flat for the bathrooms: lack of supports for linens and soap dish in the shower, but it is a detail. We enjoyed this accommodation very much and recommend it.

Building from the 60s whose renovation could have been done with more care. For example, the choice to keep minicatelles in the bathroom. Some on the edges are unstuck. Hopefully they weren't put on with asbestos glue. Quiet location with breathtaking view of the Matterhorn!

Haus Silence is in a very nice location, with an excellent view of the Matterhorn. Apart from a few worn-out pieces of furniture, the apartment is solidly furnished overall. The presence of 2 bathrooms is helpful, and the spacious balcony is also pleasant. You can feel good here.

The apartment is fine - location, view, large bedrooms and two bathrooms - but the bathrooms require, if not a major renovation, at least small improvements (toilet cover, shower tap - bath). The hot water comes in waves, never constant...a rather unpleasant feeling. The furniture in the living room: smashed armchair, sofa not very convenient to sit on, even less to lie down on. With a limited investment, the owner could give pleasure and comfort

Basically, the apartment was fine and clean. However, the bathrooms should be renovated, for example the holder for the shower heads didn't hold up. The upholstery group should also be replaced, you could feel the springs on the armchair. The beds were very good and the view of the Matterhorn was unique.

The apartment is very nice and specious, the kitchen is fully equipped and the Matterhorn view from the sunny balcony is amazing. What we liked about it was that you can easily walk to the gondola in the morning (10mins even with snowboard boots on). The walk to the centre of Zermatt is about 15mins, with stunning views. Also, the bus stop is almost in front of the house, which is a great plus to everything else.

The apartment was good overall. Due to the age, however, very poorly insulated and therefore rather cold.

There are NOT THREE bathrooms. Both bathrooms are in poor condition. The radiator thermostats do not work. The two chimneys are very unpleasant entrances for the cold.

there were only 2 bathrooms, none of the shower fixtures worked. A parasol for the balcony would also be nice.

Very good location, clean, quiet

Location of the apartment overlooking the Matterhorn is very nice; fully corresponded to the description and our request. The kitchen is well furnished; mattress well supportive; Sheets and towels were clean. Otherwise, the apartment with cheap and z, T. Furnished somewhat unlovingly with pieces of furniture that had gotten out of joint. The bathroom is outdated. A carpet in the living room would give some atmosphere. With little effort, the apartment could correspond to the advertisement and would be worth the price.

Excellent location, privileged view of the Matterhorn (and the August 1st fireworks!). Apartment in good condition and rather comfortable. The two or three faults to be repaired (broken shower button, towel rack dangling next to the sink) were reported at check-out. Bedding a little soft, but that's a matter of taste. We liked having 2 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with quality appliances. We would have liked a few more saucepans, a better quality frying pan, a strainer to drain the rice... and fewer coffee cups (there are about twenty of them, of various sizes...). But these are details that did not spoil the vacation. We have stayed over a dozen times in Zermatt and would happily rent this apartment again.

Beautiful scenery, Excellent space, comfortable beds. Totally unprepared /unaware of vehicle restriction and getting to rental with luggage WITHOUT ability to drive to complex. No self service for laundry, 50 francs to pay laundry service for two loads. 15 minute walk up steep hill to get to unit was tiring and inconvenient, expensive taxi was only alternative. Had to plan our day around going to village because of hike back to rental.

Great, bright apartment with elevator, Matterhorn view! Perfect location! Bus in front of the door. Good mattresses, cozy duvets, new kitchen (slow XXX machine). Bathrooms with showers without a bar, unfortunately. Shower curtain in the pink bathroom too short, sticks to the leg. WiFi very good, we will be back

I really enjoyed the tranquility, the view and the height. On the other hand, the state of dirtiness of the whole apartment and balcony really surprised me. I have really been accustomed to better by your Services!

The house Silence is very nice and quiet. The apartment offers a lot of freedom of movement for 2 people, 2 toilets are available. The equipment is solid overall, the beds are very good! However, the seating furniture in the living room urgently needs to be renewed and brought up to date.

Decor outdated. The beds were good. Furniture, bathroom and kitchen to be replaced. Balcony furniture fine. Crockery was good. Kitchen equipment was fine. Beautiful location. Excellent connection by bus.

Located in a quiet location, near a bus stop, with a view of the Matterhorn. Comfortable, well equipped with equipment, easy to maintain...

Very satisfied. The way to the valley station alone was a bit difficult.

We really liked the very nice view of the Matterhorn from the living room. In the negative, but not serious. The shower goes from very cold to hot continuously, it is difficult to regulate it.
