Shangri La

Location and apartment were very nice. Easy walk to slopes and town center. Interhome was not very good with communication. Office was closed both when we arrived late on Sunday (which is understandable),but did not return my message request for additional keys (only provided one set) and also the office was closed when we left and went by during office hours. Could only get into the building with the key and had to always try and coordinate times between the 4 of us.

The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people ideally and 1-2 people in the living room. Modern, comfortable and quiet. Close to the departure of the Sunnegga metro for skiing. The path that goes up from the center is not necessarily suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Pictures correspond to the apartment! Good location, good room layout, uncomplicated contact with Interhome on site, very courteous clerk!

My husband fell on the day of arrival by slipping on a patch of ice on one of the stairs leading from the apartment to the street. He was seriously injured! There are things to improve concerning the kitchen equipment: Very few pans, very few dishes, nothing to make a fondue, no colanders, no board to cut bread or to cut vegetables or other. Many broken glasses! The baby bed does not have a suitable mattress, he had to sleep ON A BOARD.

Very nice apartment, clean, spacious. Located in a quiet location but very close to the center.

Great central location. Furnishings of the apartment with deficiencies and incomplete and not justifying the quality standards. Raclette with defective insulation of the power cable. Carpets and sofas full of dust. Parquet needs to be polished. No hand soap and extra towels only available at extra cost. Balcony with weeds between the panels. Neighbor balcony perfect. There is a lack of cleanliness here, which is only superficially present.

Apartment very well equipped, clean and perfect for a family stay. The location is great, close to the center!
