This is a lovely apartment with good quality fittings and furnishings and plenty of space. There is no hot tub - description is wrong. We had quite a few maintenance issues, many of which were annoying and should have been resolved or noticed by basic checks. Bedside lamps and various bulbs broken, batteries of tv remotes flat, a scraping door. The really annoying one was that the bath jets didn’t work, but then started spontaneously jetting black mould into the bath - this was not resolved.

The apartment was very spacious, practical and comfortably furnished. Lots of space in cupboards and chests of drawers and a functional ski room. The only thing missing in the kitchen is a microwave oven for this price category. But the cleanliness was poor. We know that on our arrival day there were major problems with arrival/departure due to rail closures, so we consider this an excusable event. But overall everything else was perfect

We really enjoyed our Chalet Rütschi apartment! The apartment was spacious, comfortable & well located. We also really appreciated the responsiveness & assistance from the InterHome team, specifically L.! We hope to return, again, on day.

We spent wonderful two weeks in Zermatt and were very lucky with the weather. The accommodation was great and well equipped. Only a washing machine would have been useful to have. The last night was a bit of a killer due to our neighbors above us, which seem to have been very drunk. One guy overthrew himself over their balcony, which was very disgusting and then they slammed doors and shouted around, keeping our kids awake, unnecessary! But overall the experience was very good.

Unfortunately, nocturnal disturbance by other holiday guests above us. But you can't do anything about that. From an ecological point of view, we have 2 comments: Waste separation is not made easy. Especially for plastic. The fact that the sauna always runs (except for Saturday) from 4:00 p.m. does not make sense in terms of energy. You could switch on if necessary and go in after 1/2 hour.
