In the house: reception, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket, restaurant 300 m, bakery, bicycle rental 400 m, 7 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 20 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 400 m. Mountain railway 200 m, ski rental 30 m, ski bus stop 10 m, ski school, children's ski school 750 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.

Simple apartment with older inventory (coffee machine (filter coffee) no longer meets today's standard. If you're not looking for luxury, you're in good hands.

We were in Zermatt at the beginning of 2022 in the apartment above. The equipment was simple but perfectly adequate. One looks in vain for luxury. For us it was just right. Great location in town and great view of the Matterhorn. The equipment in the kitchen as a whole could be a little better, but it's enough if you don't want to cook every evening. Also, there are great restaurants. We'd love to come back!

Address is correct, but I could not see what the Matten had anything to do with it. Google maps will send you to the Matten Chalets! (3 blocks away!) But once I found the Utoring, I liked the apartment. Close to the train station, grocery store and Main street. Great view! The only thing I would improve is, put brighter bulbs in lamps and get some lids that fit the frying pans.

Appropriately furnished holiday apartment. Older furniture (but good value for money). Please replace sun loungers on the balcony. The coffee machine (MioStar with coffee filter) should also be replaced. An original model, no longer meets today's need for coffee enjoyment (Nesspresso capsule)

Posting cash collateral is inconvenient and becomes irritating when you have to insist on getting a receipt. The apartment corresponds to the description but the kitchen equipment provided is reduced to the strict minimum.

Nice apartment with large balcony overlooking the Matterhorn. Apartment is a bit dated, but everything you need is there and everything was clean. Location is within walking distance of station / bus / shops and restaurants. The caretaker is helpful and relaxed. We will come back here again. In our opinion, the price/quality ratio is very good.

Stock of glasses not particularly good. Not a beer glass, wine glasses not suitable for a quality wine. Utensils such as scissors or shoehorns were not available. The outdated filter coffee machine is not up to date. 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for 9 days stay is very poor. Also 2 tea towels and 1 dishcloth. If you really cooked in this apartment, it would be so hygienically impossible. TV apparatus is however great.

The facility is in dire need of an update, everything is ancient. No longer meets expectations in today's travel culture. Ancient kitchen with an oven without a window that no longer heats up to its full potential, pots that don't sit flat on the hotplate, bathroom with a 1970s ambience, broken loungers on the balcony.

The location is really good: the ski bus stop is right there, a short distance to the Sunnega lift. Big balcony, great views. There is no luxury in the equipment, the bed is quite sunken.
