Clean and well-equipped accommodation, booked for the second time, was satisfactory. However, during the exceptional situation throughout Zermatt, with 30 hours of continuous snow and 48 hours without electricity, the vacation rental agency offered no information or assistance. The public information and assistance offered by the municipality of Zermatt, on the other hand, were OK.

The apartment is well located and well equipped. Unfortunately there are 11 steps up to the ski cellar entrance. There is a lift in the building itself. Ski cellar with ski boot dryer and enough lockers. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

The 1-room apartment was functionally very well equipped with a large balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. The location right next to a ski bus stop was ideal for skiing.

The only room is living room and bedroom at the same time. The bathroom and kitchen are modern and new, with the kitchen being integrated into the entrance. Functional but small. The price for this one-room apartment is high in relation to the two-room apartment. The first 515.- per person/week, the second 350.- per person/week low season

We have come to this studio several times, particularly because of its location. The studio has been redone but the bedding is no longer adequate. It seems that the mattresses have been changed (very poor quality) but the bed bases are very old and in a very bad condition the service is degraded compared to previous visits

The apartment was newly equipped with a dishwasher. Cutlery 12 pcs. Spärlich glasses 3 mini all-purpose glasses with a lot of signs of use and the same 4 mini wine glasses. On the photo capsule coffee machine on site only filter machine!! Dirty tablecloth!! No placemats!! No hair dryer available. For 9 days there was only 1 hand towel and 1 mini bath towel! They wanted an additional 20 francs for a replacement!! I find it cheeky.

The apartment is right next to the bus stop and a supermarket and a bakery are just a few minutes' walk away. The Sunnegga lift station is also easily accessible on foot. This makes the apartment perfect for a skiing holiday. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is in very good condition.
