Granit Apartment 5

The apartment was very central and despite it being an old building, it was quiet. From booking to handing over the keys and checking out, everything worked perfectly.

The apartment is super close to the center. Train stations-shopping facilities all easily accessible on foot. We could live with the fact that the apartment was not in the newest condition and looked run down. What we didn't like is that furnishings were left dirty, even bird shit on the balcony wasn't cleaned up. "Neighbors" were using their fireplaces and our whole apartment smelled of smoke, it took days before we had that smell outside again.

Nice, large 2.5 room apartment, a bit old, the windows don't close properly, the tap in the kitchen is dripping and the water is also running in the toilet, that can be fixed. The kitchen is extremely small, although there would otherwise be enough space in the apartment. You really have to take everything with you. But we felt very comfortable, good mattress, good heating, elevator, close to the center. Great view, we were on the 5th floor

Nice location in the village and very nice view of the Matterhorn

Very basic apartment, would need some improvements, 1-2 armchairs as apartment sleeps 4 and only one sofa. A coffee machine would be welcome.

A simple accommodation, somewhat lacking in charm but well placed. A very bad point for the cushions which are not cushions. It would really be worth changing them.

Good location, minimalist furniture, small but ok kitchen, windowless dining room, large balcony, hard beds

Entrance-dining room dark and poorly placed. A beautiful bedroom for 2 with a view of the Matterhorn + bedroom with 2 bunk beds for children + tiny kitchen + old-fashioned but functional bathroom (Swiss problem the toilets are inside) + living room nice with a view of the Matterhorn +nice balcony where you can eat [+Matterhorn)

App.well located and quiet beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Kitchen not very clean, problem with oven door and housing for broken dishwasher tablet. Faucets of the sink no diffuser and tiles above the bathtub Lots of traces but apart from all these faults we really enjoyed ourselves

GOOD...Clean, superb view from balcony, good location,, lift is excellent. Huge master bedroom, nice living room, adequate dining area. BAD....2nd bedroom (bunk beds) is tiny with very little storage space available. and no coat hangers. The kitchen has only room for 1 person to use, and we had to use the kettle and toaster on the dining room floor, food preparation on the dining room table.Was surprised to find an extra charge for laundry and cleaning (240SF approx) that I missed when booking

The only downside is that the kitchen is too small.

Ill-equipped kitchen, defective light, no need to change, no dish except for the one we bought and left behind.

Good location close to all amenities

nicely located apartment, well maintained, kitchen a little too small, nice view of zermatt and the matterhorn, will definitely come back again.
