Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. On the lower ground floor: open, 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/bidet/WC. Wooden floors. Terrace, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher.

On the outskirts, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside, south-west facing position. Private: natural state property. Patio, terrace. In the house: WiFi. Motor access to 200 m from the house. 100 m footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m on the road. Shop 11 km, grocery, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Linie 215 Grono Rossa Postauto" 600 m, railway station "Bellinzona" 25 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: San Bernardino. Hiking paths: Landarenca, Rossa, Bouldering / Val Calanca. Please note: car recommended.

The tranquility and the valley anyway ensure relaxation and recreation. Starting point for hikes. The only thing that was a bit unexpected, two thirds of the restaurants were closed and for normal shopping you had to go to Roveredo. Probably the lot of the mid-season. We will come back and set ourselves up accordingly.

The little house has everything you could wish for in a break in nature. Washing machine, induction cooker, large refrigerator and a dishwasher. The location is perfect for hiking. Highly Recommended!

Everything was very clean, the facility was very nice and quiet, surrounded by an enchanting mountain landscape. In the house everything was available, what you need. We have stayed in many accommodations, but this one was one of the best in terms of facilities. Key delivery worked great. The information was accurate and the service person very friendly and helpful. We would like to come again.

We felt very comfortable here because the chalet has everything you need. The landscape is idyllic and you can start walking directly from the house. It takes about 45 minutes by car to get to Lake Maggiore. We are happy to recommend the chalet to others!

We had a wonderful week. The cottage is as described. We feel very good there. Nothing is missing. Fantastic valley, wild, natural, full of walks. We really liked it. The people of the valley are very welcoming. Do not go there before May, is a very steep valley. Beautiful renovation: well done.

It is a super nice little chalet that is equipped with everything you need. We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve and felt very comfortable all around. If you are looking for peace and want to relax, this is the place for you!
