Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/WC. Heating, forced-air heating. Balcony. Terrace furniture. View of the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Very clean and very well equipped. Only air conditioning would be ideal for the asking price due to the modern high temperatures. Unfortunately, the construction allows all noise from the apartments above and next door very sark.

Given the height of the shower and sink, you should certainly not be taller than 175 cm. If full price has to be paid in season, I would definitely not recommend this property. With the current reduction and not too high requirements, it is still acceptable.

The apartment is centrally located. Restaurants, Migros, pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity. The facility is relatively new, everything very clean and well maintained. From about 10 am to about 4 pm (November!) Sun in the living room and on the terrace. The keys were handed over and the billing was done in a friendly and precise manner.

Apartment is unfortunately badly built for noise transmissions. You can hear every step from the upper floor.

Easy access, close to the center and the lake. Little noisy street. Simple but effective layout. Nice balcony. Building where the insulation is a little lacking. The bathroom is not ventilated and access to the bathtub is difficult for seniors.

Always very good. Price performance is consistent. Cleanliness very good. We are staying at the Michele for the 10th time, in different apartments, all were fine. Handover and reception by Mrs. F. excellent. She is Michele's good soul. Too few parking spaces !!

Since the restaurants were closed, we cooked in the apartment: everything you need is there, Migros is around the corner. The apartment is newly renovated, clean, sunny balcony. The beach and the promenade are close.

I was allowed to spend three pleasant days with my three children. The apartment is practically furnished and well located, Migros, Coop. Tourist center and lake just around the corner. The landlady was nice and helpful. Any time!

We have stayed in this house twice and will definitely come again. Everything was tip top location, quiet and yet quickly on the lake, apartment small, fine and clean, uncomplicated handover of the key via the safe. We enjoy our stay every time

Ideal apartment for 2 adults and a small child, just 10 minutes walk from the lake and 200m from shops. Thanks to the location, the car could be left in the garage for 3 days. Bus to Locarno in front of the door. Quality sofa bed ok but not suitable for long stay. Otherwise everything was available, what you need. Only cleanliness in principle was not quite as satisfactory.
