The apartment was in a very clean condition and I found the location ideal! Very close to the countryside and close to Ascona! Public transport connections in all directions were actively used by us! The apartment was bright and comfortable! We found it very nice and enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

The apartment is very spacious and centrally located. The bathroom was unfortunately not freshly cleaned. Unfortunately, right under the apartment, there was a neighbor who listened to very loud music, kept hammering and finally insulted us massively. I don't know what her problem was because she just called us the worst. I hope now that she only behaved like this with us and not with all holiday guests who book this apartment. Unfortunately, provocatively, she heard very loud music until 9 p.m.

Despite this, there was loud music and knocking noises from the neighborhood below. I therefore felt unwanted as a tenant of the apartment.

The apartment is unfortunately in a very poorly soundproofed building. The neighbor downstairs plays loud music nice and early. Also the noise from the restaurant and the street is not ideal for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment is ideal for two people. Apparently, however, the neighbor downstairs has very poor hearing, which was made known to us several times at any time of the day or night with loud music, knocking or loud complaints. It's a shame, because of this we felt a bit uncomfortable throughout the holiday, although we really liked the apartment.

The accommodation would basically be perfect with a baby, but the neighbor underneath is probably extremely intolerant of babies. If the baby cries, it will be countered with violent knocking or extremely loud music - even in the middle of the night. Therefore not recommended with children

The apartment was quiet, clean, everything you need was there. view and evening sun. Very close to green zone and river. possibly get a new toilet brush. But otherwise great.

Normal standard, no sound, but close to the center, right next door there is a pizzeria!

Clean, well furnished, nice terrace, parking lot.

It was good. The location is special, but you can get everywhere very quickly

We 2 teenagers and 2 adults had a great time. The flat is very centrally located, be it for swimming, hiking or other excursions. Gladly again.

The apartment is attractive, everything you need is there. For guests who are only there in the evening, the noise from the area is not a problem. The apartment is not recommended for guests who want to spend quiet days in the apartment or on the balcony.

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Disadvantage the bedroom is to the street, ring-proof and no dishwasher. But the bed was super comfortable.
