The apartment was well equipped, everything was there! The balcony was like an additional room for us. The view of the lake was sensational, we didn't see it that way in the photos, even though the apartment is on the 1st floor. Indoor pool in the house great, clean! Front bedroom a bit noisy as it faces the street. Otherwise, the apartment is highly recommended!

We have spent a great week! The apartment was sparkling clean when we moved in, and the two bedrooms were very practical for us as a family. The indoor pool is a big plus. The terrace no longer has any sun from midday, that was a bit early in February, but is certainly ideal in midsummer.

Very good location, sunny and spacious. Everything you need for a carefree holiday. It's a bit old, but you don't have to be afraid of damage from mere use. Please replace the shower head/hose and shower curtain (it's pretty "scary") We'll be back

The apartment is beautifully located and easily accessible in 10 minutes on foot from the promenade of Ascona. Very nice indoor pool and large balcony with a great view of Lake Maggiore. Parking very tight.

The apartment has an excellent elevated position, close to the pedestrian zone. Beautiful balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore. A little ring hearing. The beds were good, we slept very well. Our tip: when it comes to waste disposal, make a note that special (yellow) waste bags are to be used in Ascona.

The accommodation is ideally located, close to everything. The indoor swimming pool is tiptop. The parking lot is relatively narrow, the apartment is noisy

The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Everything was very clean too. The location is perfect, you can reach the center of Ascona in a few minutes on foot. We can highly recommend the apartment :-). The on-site service also deserves a big thank you.

Nice apartment, close to the city center on foot. Balcony facing east with a view of one end of the lake. Swimming pool for the occupants of the building, we were there every day and never met anyone (6 apartments in all). Small but well equipped kitchen. Decent rooms, mattresses a bit soft but you get used to it. Wi-Fi on site. On arrival, some basics available (dishwashing product, PQ, etc.). We recommend !
