The apartment has everything you need. Everything was very clean and functional. We found the beds very comfortable and not too soft. The location is great and you can reach everything on foot. The hand and bath towels sometimes smelled a little funny, as if they hadn't been completely dry in the closet. You can hear the elevator very well, it didn't bother me. In the evening you can hear the street and the people outside. The neighbor on the balcony can also be a nuisance.

We were very surprised at the quality of the apartment: location, condition, calm, sunshine, etc.

Nicely renovated, underfloor heating, comfortable furniture, great electr. adjustable bed. Good complete equipment, only the microwave is missing. Router was switched off upon arrival, heating on minimum. Narrow space at toilet. Strangers long hair in bedding. The apartment is ring-sensitive to neighbors. Elevator motor and elevator noise disturbing. Quiet residential area with no through traffic. Oil tank audit company in front of the balcony (sometimes oil fumes). Late arrivals and early departures are annoying.

The apartment is very spacious and offers everything for a family of four. The location is perfect for short walks to the lake, the old town and the Falconeria. The view is good, the garage in the neighborhood is a bit annoying.

Well located between City and Lido

Either the plates or the table are uneven. There is a rattle on the glass table. Dishes are sometimes scarce or incomplete as a set. Low bandwidth WiFi. Toilet inconveniently arranged. Few hanging options for terry towels in the bathroom. Duvets too warm. No disposal information. But otherwise very pleasant / very good.

We really liked the apartment. The only thing that bothered us was the sound of the lift, which you could also hear in the bedroom.
