The view from the balcony was fantastic! The location of the house, located on a cul-de-sac, was very quiet and traffic-free. The apartment is well furnished and very clean. The rental price is rather high; Above all, however, the price-performance ratio is not right, since the house is very, very poorly soundproofed. Conclusion: not an address for vacationers looking for peace and quiet if the other apartments are also occupied!
