Although this apartment was very cute, clean and had a great location, the interhome communication and letdown of no internet tainted those initial perks. It was extremely hard to contact the property reps, even in an emergent situation. After that situation, there was no immediate help given. We were also promised internet and not given it. I will say, after the fact, they did help with a small reimbursement, but communication must improve before I recommend this place.

Lovely, neat Swiss cottage where we immediately felt at home. The kitchen was well-stocked and well-equipped; they even thought of baking paper for the oven. Beautiful view. The washer and dryer were helpful. However, it's on a steep road, a bit of a climb, and there's not really a spot near the cottage for things like badminton. The train, tennis courts, and Coop are within walking distance. If we return to Grindelwald, we'll book this cottage again.
