We really liked the apartment in Chalet Blaugletscher. The location is very nice and the apartment is very well equipped. Everything was very clean.

Gorgeous views, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable and private bedrooms, extremely clean. There is a parking space, but the town is easily (and best) accessed by foot through the nearby walking path and also on a bus route. Great home base for exploring the Jungfrau region! Extremely friendly and helpful checkin/checkout staff.

Clean apartment with comfortable equipped kitchen en other rooms. Good beds, nice bathroom. Nice view on the mountains surrounding us. Busstop near the apartment: that was very comfortable. The heating in the living room was not enough to warm the room comfortable. We didn't use the open hearth: we travelled to grindelwald by train, we had no car to bring a box with wood to the Terrassenweg.

We absolutely loved our week here and would highly recommend it to anyone. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is outstanding, we were awestruck by it every day. Grindelwald itself is a lovely town with countless things to do. We took the cable cars to First and Mannlichen, as well as visiting Lauterbrunnen and Brienz. We can’t wait to visit again in the future.

apartment very good. Strong smell of mold in the hallway, bad smelling bath and hand towels. Very good facilities, excellent location.

Cozy accommodation with a new kitchen, well equipped. The bathroom also practically new and modern. All very pleasant. South-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sun. Worth repeating.

The apartment is very cozy. A bit above Grindelwald but close to a bus stop. The ski area is easily accessible by bus and train. The view of the Eiger, etc. is beautiful. Ideal for families who really want to go on holiday during their holidays.

If there was a heating system that worked properly and was adapted to the volume of the living room-kitchen, we could rate it as "Very good". According to the tech. The heater has a maximum output of 4000 W, which roughly corresponds to two large hotplates of 2000 W each. Much too little, in relation to the volume of the room. Due to the prevailing cold on the weekend of February 13-15, 2021, we only had 17°C in the living room. We were able to increase the temperature with 50 kg of firewood.

Wonderful view towards the Eiger, Kleine Scheidegg. A bit out of the way and in a quiet location, bus station nearby, good connection to the ski area.

# Good price/performance ratio # Dream view of the Eiger, Mättlenberg & Wetterhorn # Very short walk to the ski bus # Chalet very well laid out, totally quiet # Kitchen and bathroom absolutely top # Beds very good, especially mattresses # Very cleverly furnished, especially built-in cupboards # Electric heating not easy to control (very sluggish) # Carpet no longer brand new

Parking, very close to the ski bus. Apartment offers everything that is expected. The kitchen and possibly the bathroom are slowly but surely in need of renovation. But we liked it again.

Since February 1993 we have been enjoying a week's skiing holiday in the Chalet Blaugletscher every February. We want to keep it that way. It is natural that facilities also age. I am thinking primarily of the two wet rooms. The upholstered group has also reached its age. I would give priority to freshening up the bathroom with the radiator (HK). The HK is dangerous for children. The temp. controller is defective. There is no overheating protection and there is a risk of burns, then renovate the kitchen

We have been spending our holidays in the Blaugletscher holiday apartment for years. The sofa is pretty saggy. We were happy to learn that the bathroom and kitchen should be renewed, although we were happy with it. The apartment is equipped with all necessary things to your complete satisfaction. We really appreciate the balcony with a wonderful view and the peace and quiet in this detached house.
