The only positive thing is the panorama from the terrace. The furnishings are showing their age. There are few power sockets. Some lamps were broken. What is completely unacceptable, however, is that the bathroom and the fitted kitchen were moldy, which probably explains the musty smell. In the bathroom there was mold around the shower, on the sink cabinet and on the bathroom door. The dishes are in the moldy cupboards. The cleanliness was also rather poor.

We stayed 8 days in this beautiful house. The house is small but very cozy and well equipped. A fantastic place to stay with a view of the Eiger.

I couldn't reach out to a contact person from the Voucher (phone number was not available). Communication only in German (I understand German but Grindelwald is a place for tourists from all over the world) - you feel unwelcome. Grindlewald is nice and location of the property is good, but price-service is wrong and the overall customer experience is very low. I come every year and next time probably choose another accommodation.

The studio is very close to the village center and yet very quiet, with a beautiful view. Kitchen is well equipped. To recommend.

The small studio is perfectly placed to walk into town (a fairly steep five-ten minute climb) and we really enjoyed our breakfast and our late evening in the garden. There was everything you needed to be able to enjoy a short week in a magnificent setting. The charming owner lives on site.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location, and good value for the area. It catered for most of our needs during our stay.

The bathroom and kitchen are very dirty, and these two rooms urgently need to be renovated. It's really a shame, because the location would be great.
