Chalet Bärgsunna

We stayed at Chalet Bargsünna for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. A view of the Eiger out your window, and convenient to ski bus, rentals and restaurants and it's practically across street from Grindelwald First. Thank you N. and C. for sharing your lovely chalet with us!

Holiday apartment good, shame about guests in the other apartment. These guys didn't have the decency to think about other people. Throwing doors, speaking very loudly, coming home in the middle of the night and then not understanding the above in a house that sounds very loud, so that the landlord also heard it. Once again it must be said that the apartment meets all expectations and requirements.

Optimal location near the town center, train station, cable car and supermarket. Direct view of the Eiger, quiet location.

Perfect accommodation for two people. Excellent location both for the view of the mountain and the glacier but also in the center of the village by its proximity to shops and restaurants. The rather old character of the kitchen and bathroom furniture and equipment does not bother at all because everything works well. Anyway, life happens outside :-)

Small studio very well equipped for 2 people. We spent 4 days at the top with our dog. The bedding is good, the location is more than great, 300m walk from the city center, we did not take the car for the whole stay! Very welcoming host And above all .. an incredible view from the studio which has a small terrace and a garden. We recommend!!

From the apartment you have a view of the Eiger. Beautiful! It is also wonderfully peaceful and quiet. You can also take a nice walk from the apartment. The ski lift - First is within walking distance. Bus stops, ski rental and supermarket are also nearby. What does a man want more?! In snow, snow chains are recommended, as the house is a bit lower than the main road.

The apartment is well equipped for 2 people and was very clean and comfortable and had a wonderful view of the mountains. We were made very welcome. The road up to Grindelwald is quite steep in places and I found it convenient to leave my skis and boots at a ski depot close to the bus and railway station.

The highlight of the stay was the view of the mountains, both from the windows in the house and the accessible backyard. The apartment itself was a bit small and could really use some updating. Would have been nice if some basics were provided (coffee, salt, oil, etc...) Downtown was relatively close, albeit straight uphill. The host was very nice.

We enjoyed this apartment for two weeks and especially the beautiful view. Ideal for two people. Well and practically furnished. Very pleasant contact with the Dutch-speaking owner.

since we know Grindelwald from winter and summer and had mostly lived outside of it, we wanted to live in town this time. The steep descent to the house takes some getting used to, but is still easy to do. The location in the center is good and the apartment can definitely be recommended. The equipment is good and sufficient.

Very nicely located holiday apartment. Rooms are functionally furnished. Garden furniture and a lawn can be used.

For Swiss standards a cheap house with beautiful views of the mountains. Furnishing relatively sober. After a short climb directly near shops (including good ski rental), bus stop, restaurants and nice bar. Parking is possible directly at the house.

From apartment and garden a beautiful view of glaciers and Eiger. Very centrally located. A short walk from Firstbaan, station, bus stop and supermarket. Close to the busy center but still a very quiet location. Lovely garden to sit outside. Everything else is present in the apartment. Only downside was the shower. The floor was quickly flooded with a shower. This apartment is highly recommended! And if you take a multi-day Jungfraubahnenpas, you no longer need the car for the whole week.

Hello, house in perfect condition and equipped with all comforts and above all in a position with an amazing view. Mrs. XXX and her daughter XXX were very kind to us. If we can we will return in the winter season. thanks again for your professionalism.
