Nice apartment in a friendly and welcoming chalet with good facilities, pleasant staff and an excellent location. The only small downsides were that the lounge area in the apartment wasn't very large and there is quite a lot of road noise in one of the smaller bedrooms - especially when the hotel opposite has deliveries and the children are going to school at 7:30am! But overall, highly recommended,

Almost everything great. 1 bed squeaked. And below the one bedroom and the living room, people smoked in front of the house entrance.

Great location, wonderful view! My rating would be higher if they had left more trash bags and toilet paper for 4 people & if they had been willing to call a cab for us.They said the cab was expensive. With my husband's knee issues, we could not take the bus. The cab driver was friendly, and less expensive than they they quoted. They expected the trash be emptied on departure but only one trash can liner was provided for a 3 night stay for four people. They did not ask how was our stay.

The apartment is well placed but noisy with the windows open and on the balcony. With our electric car we made a few round trips to the electrical terminal at the rental garage. Remember to install an electrical outlet in the garage to search for electric vehicles.

Apartment very well equipped. Perfect for 3 nights. Can get a bit noisy in the morning as it's right on Dorfstrasse. Large balcony with a great view of the mountains. Very centrally located, next to the cable cars and the bus stop.

As a preamble, I would like to point out that we found the apartment perfectly equipped and received an impeccable welcome from the team. The situation of the building is however not ideal, because in front of a parking lot which is very busy and along the main road which is just as busy with agricultural machinery and construction trucks (the building construction low its full also in summer). So all this gives a noisy environment from 6:30 in the morning...

The equipment of the apartment is quite adequate for 4 people. The fact that it is located near a very well connected bus stop makes it very easy to reach the station, the terminal of the southern sector facilities and the shopping centers. The underground car park is also very valuable.

The apartment was clean, easy to access and convenient with its parking lot under the building. On the other hand, it is a bit dark and the furniture is old.

The chalet has everything you need, garage, ski room and also a lift and playrooms. The apartment is cozy and the beds are comfortable. It has a filter coffee machine, kettle, oven and dishwasher. Everything is there for that. All you have to take with you is the food, coffee powder and salt, sugar, oil etc. The hosts are very friendly! After a small accident of our daughter, we even had her laundry washed and an oven brought to dry!

Convenient location right next to Grindelwald First and 10min walk to Grindelwald train station. People in reception super nice and helpful! Room was clean and kitchen stocked, even came with coffee filters! Kitchen only missing microwave. Towels only changed once every weel.

Clean & spacious apartment with an incredible mountain view. Excellent location for all amenities & it’s located next to the Gondola if you’re visiting First. Whilst the apartment is not modern it was incredibly clean & contained everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Various shops and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend it !!
