Clean, great location. Very friendly service! Direct access from the neighbouring holiday guests via the terrace is annoying! No roller shutters or lockable shutters - therefore open access for neighbouring holiday guests at night!!! (Unless you sleep with the window closed!) Carpets are outdated! Garage - parking garage only suitable for smaller cars!!

Great location, right next to the ski lift and the bus stop. Beautiful view from the terrace. Big apartment. Kitchen, furniture and equipment are getting old, but functional. We liked it very much, we would love to come back.

We have already booked an apartment in 2019 and were satisfied with everything. Unfortunately, that was not the case this year. The shower curtain in the bathroom was dirty and torn from the rail. The toilet hadn't been cleaned at all. There were still the legacies of the previous guests on the toilet bowl and the toilet seat. The floor and the radiator were completely dusty. Why do we pay 100 francs for the final cleaning? Why aren't the apartments checked by the property management?

The apartment is in good condition and very spacious for personal luggage. The terrace with a view is awesome, the lounge is getting old (worn through) and should be replaced once. The kitchen is functional, but offers no extras.

The apartment is in a very good (central) location. The facility is very comfortable. From the large terrace you have a beautiful view and can enjoy the sun in the afternoon. The separate toilet is a plus. The kitchenette is a bit small for the otherwise spacious 3-room apartment.

Like last year, we were very satisfied with our apartment in Chalet Alpenrot. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The apartment clean and well furnished. We'd love to come back.

The apartment is well equipped, has a sunny balcony. Reception and support from the reception staff was, as always, extremely friendly. Only the INTERHOME administration was annoying with their payment deadlines. The invoice was created on July 2nd, delivered with B-Post with payment by July 9th. Since we were absent for a week, two reminders followed by the time we returned on the 11th and 15th of the month. Our telephone query ... in a nutshell: pay immediately, otherwise we will cancel!

You get everything you need although interior some places show use and is outdated. THE staff is superior, Always friendly. This time neighboors upstarse Took down the experience. It was a pain beeing in the appartment from 07 to 09 and 17 to 20.00 when they hade running practice upstairs. In the finnish information about abendrot is Still THE wrong restaurang mentioned. Latino has been gone for Many Years......
