Simple but neat apartment with nothing wrong with it. Good central location in Grindelwald, nice view of mountains. The car could be parked in the basement parking under the building, but count on additional costs of € 14/day.

we stay 7 days at here, mountain view are good, host are very nice if housekeep help to change the bath towel everyday OR two days, it will be prefer.

We felt very comfortable in the FEWO. It is big enough for 2 people and there is enough storage space. The view from the 4th floor balcony of the Eiger massif was impressive. Pfingsteggbahn and Firstbahn were in the immediate vicinity. In the village, the local bus could be used free of charge with the guest card. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity. The train station was also within easy walking distance. We didn't need a car during our vacation week.

very good service, very friendly staff. The apartment is very well equipped. In my opinion, it is important to point out that the bed is only 190 cm long and that the heating cannot be regulated individually. With the window open, the car noise disturbs you very early in the morning, even though the apartment is on the 4th floor.

We stayed in a two-person flat facing the Wetterhorn and Eiger - on the 4th. floor. The mountain views from the balcony are fantastic. The flat was extremely clean, well fitted and quite spacious. You can easily prepare meals if you don’t wish to eat out. The staff at the reception are friendly, very accommodating and only too happy to help with tips and advice. We had a wonderful stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

The accommodation was great, everything you needed was there. Centrally located. center and bus station. We were greeted very friendly. And very polite advice on information about hikes and such.

We have had another wonderful stay in grindelwald at the abendrot apartments. As ever the room was clean and well equipped even found tinfoil to wrap our sandwiches in! Views from the balcony onto glacier beautiful as ever and the reception staff welcoming and helpful.

The room was spacious and view from the room was spectacular. It was hotter in Grindelwald (late August) than we had escorted and with no air conditioning (we understand why) a fan would have been nice. Overall the stay was nice and comfortable. XXX at the front desk was super nice and informative. We hope to be back and hope to stay here again.

Like many years before, we feel very comfortable in Chalet Abendrot. Beautiful apartment, well equipped and very nice and extremely friendly reception and care. Everything was great all around!!

Very nice rental. Very well located: close to bus stops and shops. Nice view of the mountains. Ski room with heating system for ski boots. Too bad it lacks blackout curtains (the shutters are fixed and cannot be closed) and that the kitchen utensils are very limited in number.
