Holiday Rental Description

This practical pad is a good option for no-nonsense travellers. Nearby Avenida de América station makes it easy to zip across the city – and it's only a five-minute walk away. You'll find a desk in the living area if you're travelling for work. There's also a sofa bed for one guest, though we think this apartment is better for two. It's on the ground floor, making it ideal for those with a lot of luggage, but it does lack a bit of natural light. Still, it's comfortable and has all you need for a city getaway.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. Just note that the only bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom, which we think makes this a better fit for two.
*This apartment is on the ground floor. Given its potion, there isn't a lot of natural light, and there are only two windows – both look out onto the street.
*If you need to work from home during your stay, you'll find a desk in the living area.
*The decor here is a little simple and generic – it may not suit those looking for a more luxurious or cosier stay.
