This modern apartment has an address within walking distance of the Madrid Río. Here, you’ll find a large urban park built along the Manzanares River offering nature, sports, culture and a beach. There are also plenty of tapas bars, cafes, restaurants and shops to explore in and around this residential neighbourhood. Or there’s a well-equipped kitchen here if you prefer to eat at home. If you’re here during the summer months, you’ll be glad to know there’s air conditioning, too.
