The house is complete, it has everything you need to be able to enjoy it, but the TV did not work, the DTT and the satellite channels only worked the French, German ,,,, Spanish channels 2. There are common areas that were shared with other tenants, when we rented the house, we understood that all the outdoor areas were exclusively for our enjoyment.

rent this house since 2003. this year pb of everything in the sewer pdt 10 days and very degraded sofas.

Spacious house with many facilities available, pleasant swimming pool, quiet residence despite the noise of traffic below. Well maintained wooded land. Gate and wicket door locks (HS) to be repaired. Sofa damaged. Housekeeping done but not impeccable.

... the house as described - no deviations from the pictures and clean - only the busy road about 100m away is a small minus point because it is unfortunately clearly audible from the upper terrace - but you get used to it
