Too expensive for the comfort received. Location apartment does not correspond to photo folder, is north side. Technical defects, quality less. Entirely could be better.

lighting to be repaired in the bathroom, angle iron to be fixed on the floor between the parquet and the tiles. Split tiles in the living room. The most it would be: wifi and some French TV channels. That said, beautiful apartment located near shops and the sea, beautiful view of the port and the sea from the terrace. After refreshing, this apartment deserves a very good.
