The +: Very quiet area Good cleanliness of the house House rather well arranged (living room, 1 toilet, 1 kitchen on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms + bathroom (+wc included) upstairs) The -: - Hob to change ( 1 electric hob + 3 gas burners of which only 1 works) - No oven (only 1 microwave oven...which is too small, only a plate can fit) - Recent refrigerator but the lowest shelf is missing (the one that separates with the vegetable drawer) - Sofa that has lived (too much)

Peaceful house, quiet environment. Beautiful boat trips without a license along the canals of Empuriabrava, bike rides on cycle paths in the heart of nature etc... We recommend this location and this region.

The house needs a coat of paint, the walls are dirty and some are chipped. The mattresses are very uncomfortable.
