3-room terraced house 54 m2 on 2 levels. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle). No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 90 cm). Exit to the balcony.

1/ Too small fridge! for the capacity of the rental .... The seals are dead so frost after 24 hours, this equipment must be changed! Shame... 2/ No microwave 3/ Nest of ants on the terrace, this should have been dealt with, we had lots of ants in the house, we had to buy products... at our expense! 4/ No wifi although the residence has one common to all the dwellings so it is part of the charges..., the tenant must be able to benefit from it!

Too old. Lack of maintenance like painting, putting skirting boards, lumping plants out of the garden, etc. Dirty sifa cushions. Old pillows... old and smelly blankets... small fridge with no freezer door and greengrocer. Missing kitchen utensils. Very expensive for what you find. Not recommendable.
