There were a few problems at first... the outdoor lights weren't working for five days. The pool lights weren't working. There are cameras outside, focused on the entire garden, which wasn't okay because we weren't aware of this. The house was very clean and modern! We didn't have to pay a deposit. There was no inspection of the house upon departure, nor was there upon arrival. The chairs in the living room are the same height as the table. The backrest of the sofa was broken upon arrival.

Very nice villa. Well furnished and ideal for families with 2-3 children. Large pool by the canal. The only negative point was the parasol, which kept falling over in strong gusts of wind.
