Perched in the quiet Colonya Valley with the Serra de Tramuntana rising dramatically behind it, this villa is built around the view – and the life that unfolds in front of it. The garden is the natural gathering spot, with its private pool, sun loungers, and those limestone peaks filling the horizon in every direction. A covered barbecue area is perfect for rustling up dinner, and the self-contained annexe gives larger groups room to breathe. Pollença's old town – markets, cafes, squares – is a ten-minute drive away, and the beaches at Puerto Pollença and Cala San Vicente are within a fifteen-minute drive.

* You'll need a car to make the most of your stay here. Two parking spaces are provided.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. You'll need to request them in advance.
* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
* While the home can sleep up to fourteen people, the maximum occupancy is twelve guests.
* The seventh bedroom is located in an annexe with an en-suite bathroom. It works well for teens, older family members, or those who just want a bit more privacy.
