A self-contained annexe bedroom adds welcome flexibility for groups, and central Pollença – with its Sunday market and restaurants – is a five-minute drive away.

Home truths:
* A car is essential here. The villa is a five-minute drive from Pollença town centre, but it's a thirty-minute walk along unlit roads if you're walking back in the evening.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide two cots and two high chairs at no extra cost. You'll need to request them in advance, and additional baby items can be arranged on request too.
* The annexe bedroom is accessed from the rear terrace rather than from inside the main house.
* One of the bedrooms can be set up as two single beds or one double bed. Let your host know your preferred arrangement in advance.
* The swimming pool isn't fenced. Little ones will need to be supervised at all times.
