While it’s not the most luxurious of our homes, it’s comfortable, well-equipped, and the private pool provides some welcome relief from the heat of the Spanish sun. The sandy beach at Roca de Llenaire is just a short walk away, perfect for those craving a complete coastal getaway.

*The décor is very simple and generic and the aesthetics are not quite up to Plum Guide's usual standards – we've made an exception to let this one into the collection on account of its great location in Mallorca
*As part of a local energy-saving initiative, the air conditioning (available in the bedrooms only) is timed and will be active overnight and during mid-day peak heat hours
*The outdoor space is overlooked by some neighbouring homes
*The swimming pool isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times
