This traditional villa is an ideal base if you’re looking for somewhere with a nearby beach and within walking distance of beautiful Port de Pollença, its picturesque coastline and great selection of eateries. While it’s not the most luxurious of our homes, it’s comfortable, well-equipped, and the private pool provides some welcome relief from the heat of the Spanish sun. The décor is very simple and generic and the aesthetics are not quite up to Plum Guide's usual standards – we've made an exception to let this one into the collection on account of its great location in Mallorca
As part of a local energy-saving initiative, the air conditioning (available in the bedrooms only) is timed and will be active overnight and during mid-day peak heat hours
The outdoor space is overlooked by some neighbouring homes
The swimming pool isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times
