For 15 years, I've been booking a holiday home in Mallorca twice a year – this was by far the worst. The cleanliness inside and out was sometimes unacceptable. The toilet didn't flush properly, there was water damage to the bathroom ceiling, the terrace couldn't be closed, and Interhome didn't offer any support because they were unavailable. The best day was the day of departure.
