We checked into the house two days after our arrival, right in the middle of our vacation, and despite requesting a more reasonable time, they showed up at 8:30 a.m. We filed a report about a dirty pool, and the owner fixed it the next day. However, her visits were repeated (one time with 15 minutes' notice and the other times without notice) four more times, one of them to fix an issue reported by the previous tenants, also at 9:00 a.m.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Capdepera. The room layout is excellent, the location is super central, you can park your car in the courtyard, and one of the bedrooms even has a sea view. Unfortunately, the house and its furnishings were lacking in maintenance and attention. Any problems encountered on-site were a bit difficult, as although we had a contact person through Interhome, we couldn't communicate directly with the landlord.
