We own a timeshare at this resort. Being disabled I enquired about a lodge for my specific needs and the manager was very helpful and we were given an ideal lodge for me. It was spacious, very clean and had been recently modernised. We were lucky with the weather as we sat outside on the verandah in the evenings eating our dinner and watching the sun set. In fact, we had sunshine on the verandah all day long. The whole resort is clean, well maintained, lovely and quiet. We had our own parking space by the lodge too. Thank you to the Manager and the smartly dressed and welcoming reception staff for a wonderful stay

The location is great and the actual site is quiet. We didn't get time to really enjoy it as we left after 1 day instead of our 4 night stay. The fittings are still the original ones from when the properties were first built and therefore much is very old, eg yellow / orangy plastic, no instructions on using spa bath even if wanted to. Doors looked bashed about, Very minimal crockery and cutlery so dishwasher pointless. it is as if the owners just want to get away with the absolute basics to pass to be used but have no care as to the actual client experience. And it wasn't cheap ! two main lights not working, real musty smell, no ensuite so description wrong. Got locked in bathroom with a dodgy lock, pull chord filthy, some electric switches not right, quilts hideously old and unhygienic or completely the wrong tog for the season. Pillows old and headboards totally unhygienic (put towels over them for the night we stayed). One was extremely wobbly and moves backwards and forwards by about 2 foot. This place might have been acceptable 20-30 years back but holiday lettings have moved on since then and this really was not acceptable. Therefore it would have spoiled our holiday to stay. The site reception and amenities were good though (but not used).
